Not gonna name names or even the type of provider they were, but our last service fucking sucked. I don’t know how a company manages to gain as many clients as they did while constantly dropping the ball on so many simple tasks.

I’m not even saying the new service is good – I don’t know yet. But they aren’t the other guys.
